1. Cancellations should be done at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival of your flight in Mumbai Airport. 2. Flight Delays is permissible upto 2 hours for Hotel Transfer and One way transfers to Pune / Nashik / Shirdi. Delays beyond beyond 2 hours will be charged @Rs.100 / Hour for Tata Indica Car and Rs.150 / Hour for Qualis / Tavera Cars. This amount is to be paid to the driver in cash at the time of checking into the vehicle 3. We are not responsible for delays occurring due to traffic / road / weather / law and order conditions / vehicle breakdown or any other conditions beyond the control of the driver. We do not guarantee that we would be able to arrange for an alternative car for your travel. 4. Vehicles booked beyond 45 days in advance are subject to rates valid at the time of travel. The concerned client will be informed well in advance about the rate change. 5. Vehicles made available to passengers may vary in specifications from the one indicated during the time of booking. We will put in our best efforts to ensure that the passengers get the same vehicle that they had booked, but the ground reality / circumstances may force us to arrange different but similar vehicle. In many cases it may not be possible to inform the passenger of alternative arrangements. 6. These terms and subject to change without further notice. A. We will pick you up from Mumbai Airport (International / Domestic) or Pune Airport the moment your flight lands and you are free to proceed onwards. Even if your flight is delayed, you can be rest assured that there is somebody waiting for you to arrive at the airport (delays acceptable upto 2 hours only). Our driver will be holding a placard with your name or your company's name written on it. He will personally pick up and transfer the luggage into our car and will assist you to make yourself comfortable in it. |
